28 1/2" tapered round original Alex Henry barrel with island-mounted front

sight, sling eye, 1 standing and 1 folding platinum-lined island-mounted

express sight engraved for 100 and 200 yards, bored and re-rifled in Enfield

pattern to .400 calibre. Figured walnut stocks with horn-tipped, key-fastened

splinter forend, long-tang triggerguard to steel-capped pistol grip, classic

point-pattern checkering with mullered borders, rear sling eye, classic comb,

and smooth casehardened steel buttplate. Fine English scroll-engraved,

front-bolted, right-side lock, and lever locking-catch. 28" long, Montana

Vintage Arms, 6x target scope with very fine crosshair reticle and six stadia

dots, on Malcolm-style dovetail adjustable mounts. Pull: 13 3/4". Weight:

8lbs, 13 1/2oz. Excellent bore. $7450.
